It breaks my heart to watch many entrepreneurs who are holding back their success for so long because all they do is dream. The worst part is, they may not actually think that they’re just dreaming.

Hey. Hey, everyone. Today, I want to talk to you about this big shift. I know it's a shift that I had to make, and it's one that if you haven't already made, I hope you will commit to making after tuning in to this episode. As a coach, one of the most difficult parts for me is to watch the lack of progress by so many entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs who have dreamt of success for so long, yet all they do is dream. And the thing is, they may not actually think that they're just dreaming. Most actually believe that they're doing more. After all, they're signing up for webinars left and right and attending conferences and buying courses and maybe even working with a coach, but they aren't getting any closer to achieving their dreams.
So the weeks turn into months, and the months turn into years, and nothing changes. It truly breaks my heart because I know there's potential. I know that there's desire, but often, there's something missing. In fact, they're often one of 3 things that I've seen missing. And those 3 things are the reason why some entrepreneurs succeed while others keep on dreaming. So which of these 3 things are you struggling with? The first is lack of clarity. First, maybe it's a vague vision with no deadline, so a lack of clarity around actually knowing what you want, what you want it to look like by when you want to achieve something. Maybe you're clear on your vision and what you want, but you just keep thinking someday maybe, or maybe you want that success so deeply, but you haven't taken the time to really formulate what that looks like for you.
Maybe there's a lack of clarity around your strategy. Maybe you have no strategy for how you're going to get there. You know what you want, and you know by when you'd want it, but you have no idea what that's gonna look like, and you need a strategy, a clear plan. Maybe you're unclear on your audience or your offer or your messaging. There are so many different layers of clarity that you need. But to get started, you simply need clarity around what you want. The rest will come over time. You do need it eventually, but it's gonna come through one of the other missing ingredients.
The second one is unbelief. Maybe you don't fully see or believe in your potential. Maybe you think that it's possible for some people, but you doubt that it's possible for you. For some reason, you're different and you're not enough. Maybe you're comparing yourselves to others. Maybe you have a negative mindset and entertain thoughts constantly about all the reasons why this isn't going to work to the point of analysis paralysis. Unbelief is huge, and tackling your mindset is going to be essential. The third thing that people struggle with is inaction.
Listen, it's not enough to know what to do. It's not enough to keep dreaming. You have to take action, and not just any action, massive action, action that will directly impact your success. So this means not passive action, not just consuming and learning, maybe not even planning. Yes, plan, but not only plan. You have to do something in order to get closer to your goal, and not just anything, but the right things. You have to figure out what the right things are. When I say the right things, you have to make moves that will actually move the needle.
Sitting back and learning gets you no closer to your goals. But when you take the right actions, even if they don't turn out exactly as planned, even if they aren't perfect, that imperfect action will actually get you closer to your goal because you're gonna learn lessons that you need to know to improve before the next time to take action. So always choose imperfect action over inaction or passive action. Those are the 3 ingredients. Clarity, belief, action. Which of those are you missing? It all boils down to those 3 items and you need all 3. You not only need those 3, but you need habits to support each of them so that they become consistent and sustainable.
